Goal
Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board SG Stories Content Fund, our client produced a short film, ‘A Day with Popo’. This heartwarming film explores the stories behind five unique locations in Singapore. We designed and developed the website to help with the marketing and promotion of the film.
Solution
We integrated the content and scenes from the film and translated them into interactions on the website. This allows users to be immersed into the overall experience of the story.
What we did
Visual Direction
UX & UI Design
Website Development
Design Creative
Sleek and clean homepage design. The entry to watch the film is represented by a non-intrusive icon that appears on all pages, making it easy for users to click to watch the film at any point. The design also clearly differentiated the content and main characters in two sections. For Mikey, the hand drawn elements show child-like fun, while Popo’s section reflects her good memories of the locations.
Intuitive User Experience
We considered both the film’s storyline and user experience on the website. We integrated clues and key content that corresponds with the film, providing a more seamless experience for users.
Responsive Design
The mobile-friendly design provides a better user experience on different devices.
